Outdoor Facilities

We have long wanted to build outdoor climbing facilities, but until 2017, we did not find a suitable material outside of plastic products. Then we started developing a system for outdoor climbing walls with climbing surface in marine-grade aluminum. This was in connection with an offer for a large outdoor climbing wall at a waste-to-energy plant in Copenhagen that required a fire-resistant material. Although the project unfortunately was not realized, we continued the development and have since then set up several climbing walls in aluminum, including the world’s tallest climbing tower in Lillesand! The walls are both attractive and functional and can be used for sculptural formations and exciting facades. Marine-grade aluminum is a durable and fire-resistant material that we offer with both untreated and lacquered surface on the climbing panels.
